ABOUT US

As black women in Canada, our experience has taught us the importance of community service and we are committed to giving it back.
We grew up eating Teff for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and learned to drink coffee at a very early age.

We knew from an early age on how foundational Teff and coffee is for our country and communities. Teff is in our DNA.

Ethiopian farmers work hard to produce Teff and coffee, but don’t make ends meet. We strongly believe farmers deserve fair price for their grain. Our business is hence committed to fair trade.
We work in partnerships with women, small business owners in Ethiopia, who are experiencing financial hardships, we provide opportunity and support, to earn money to support their families.
